So do you think an owl daydreams? During the day time when the world is awake around them, I am certain that a few will wonder what life would be like in the midst of it all.
I find myself daydreaming A LOT. Even with all the busyness of my daily schedule, I can stand in my kitchen (by the way, I am in this room most of the day) and just block everything out and daydream.
I want to thank Lisa from Real Mom Of Long Island for nominating me yet again for another award. She is too good to me! She is a writer with 4 kids who daydreams about becoming a novelist one day. Please check her out if you haven’t already.
day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm) is a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one’s attention from the present.
So my daydream consists of visiting Europe with my family, either Italy or Greece. Any prime location along the coastline is perfect for me. Being on a white sandy beach surrounded by turquoise blue water touching my toes. The warm sun hitting my face every morning as I sip my latte on a beachfront deck. This is our home away from home every summer. We travel, sightsee, and visit all the neighboring countries. We enjoy the various cultures and their respective cuisine.
Oh, I wish this was truly happening right now. Sigh. Maybe one day I will win the lottery. 😉
For the nominations, I want to nominate Joey from Joeyfully Stated (she is not feeling well at the moment so no pressure) and every single one of my readers because we are all daydreamers. And if you want to participate, here are the rules:
1. Thank the person who gave you the award.
2. Complete the challenge they set you.
3. Select a blog or blogs that you want to give the award to. (The amount of blogs you select is unlimited!)
4. Tell them about it and set them a challenge.
(Please include the rules in your post)
